BOOKING POLICY
No-shows are NOT tolerated. Any cancellations made with under 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment cost. If this is not paid within 24hrs of the appointment, you will no longer be able to visit Muse in Vasse.
No cancellations or changes are to be made within 48 hours of your appointment. If you are needing to cancel, kindly remember you will be charged our cancelled fee accordingly.
Cancellation within 48hrs will be required to pay 50% of treatment cost.
By continuing to book an appointment with us you are agreeing to our policies and respecting our precautions as a small business.
LATE FEE: $10 if later than 15 mins and termination of appointment if 20+mins late.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
At the time of your booking you will be required to submit your cc details ( for our cancellation policy ) please rest assured any details provided are completely safe. You will not have a booking unless you add these in, consider it a $0 bond for your appointment. This ensures our booking security, and allows us to charge accordingly as per our cancellation agreement.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time for your treatment (unless discussed otherwise) there is no need to come to your appointment early as I may be with another client or during my turn over time. If for some reason you are running early always message ahead. Parking is simply in the driveway, please do not park on the grass.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can be purchased by email, In salon and Online. All gift vouchers are to the dollar value and have a 3 year expiry.

Where are you located?
I am a home based salon located in new Vasse, Busselton WA. Our address is shared once you have confirmed your appointment. PLEASE NOTE this location is by appointment only, I ask that you do not come here otherwise unless you have a booking.
How can I pay?
You can make payment through bank transfer, cash and gift voucher. Unfortunately I do not have an efpos terminal.
