BOOKING POLICY

All of my clients will be asked to enter card details at the time of booking, I require 48hrs notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If you cancel less than 48hrs, you will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost. In event of a no show you will be charged the full cost of your treatment with the designated card. If failure of payment you will be blacklisted and not able to return. 

 

A reminder will be sent out via text and email 48hrs prior to your appointment, allowing you enough time to reschedule or cancel shall you need to. By continuing your booking you are agreeing to this policy. 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

At the time of your booking whether it’s online or privately you will be sent an email asking for your cc details and to complete a consult form prior to your visit. I cannot perform your treatment without either of these so please ensure they are completed. It’s very simple to do and sometimes requires you to create a login. From there the confirmation email will be sent along with my address. 

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your treatment (unless discussed otherwise) there is no need to come to your appointment early as I may be with another client or during my turn over time. If for some reason you are running early always message ahead. Parking is simply in the driveway, please do not park on the grass.

GIFT VOUCHERS 

Gift vouchers can be purchased by email, Drop off ( local to Busselton and surrounds only ), In salon and Online ~ please note purchased through Fresha they are not my branding prints.

How can I leave a review?

A simple google review is the best option, otherwise you can also leave a review through the Fresha app. If you have booked via this and created an account, after your appointment is finished and paid for it will give you an option to leave a review. 

Where are you located?

I am a home based salon located in new Vasse, Busselton WA. Our address is shared once you have confirmed your appointment. PLEASE NOTE this location is by appointment only, I ask that you do not come here otherwise unless you have a booking. 

How can I pay?

You can make payment through bank transfer, cash, card charge ( same card you entered at the time of booking ) and gift voucher. Unfortunately I do not have an efpos terminal.
